Beginner's Sun Salutations

3 Simple yet classic sequences to get your practice started

When starting yoga, a great way to begin is to use a sequence that caters to all levels and all forms of yoga. Sun Salutations are a great way to get started and a great returning point if you're ever feeling stuck in your practice; two similar but different Sun Salutation sequences being Surya Namaskar A and Surya Namaskar B. Mostly meant for a morning practice of greeting the day, they can also be used at any other time. Most important factor to remember in the beginning and throughout your yoga journey is to keep breathing.
